Our Six Strategic Pillars

These pillars guide our work from 2027 to 2031, ensuring we create lasting impact across agriculture, youth empowerment, and sustainability.

Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems

Promoting climate‑smart production, value addition, and post‑harvest management to boost productivity and resilience in high‑value value chains like MANS (Medicinal Plants, Aromatics, Nuts & Spices).

Youth Empowerment & Agribusiness Development

Equipping young people with leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and enterprise incubation to transform agriculture into a profitable, technology‑driven career.

Technology & Innovation for Agricultural Transformation

Deploying digital tools, traceability platforms, and e‑commerce solutions to improve efficiency, market connectivity, and competitiveness.

Market Access & Enterprise Development

Strengthening market systems, B2B linkages, investment readiness, and trade facilitation to connect producers with formal markets.

Environmental Sustainability & Climate Resilience

Restoring ecosystems, promoting green enterprises, and building community climate adaptation capacity for long‑term resilience.
